Located in the Ozarks of Southwest Missouri, in the middle of cow country, this is where my family has been blessed for many generations.  Brown Land & Cattle Co. is a family operation with all daily chores done by the family, which can be challenging, but also extremely rewarding.  We enjoy seeing that special calf or meeting that special friend. 

In planning for breeding that will result in our future herd stock, we search the country to bring in the best genetics available.  We are striving to continually upgrade and produce cattle with volume, rib, thickness, structural correctness and stayability.  In that, we bring to you our proven producers, cow families that have worked time and time again.  That is why we have confidence they will work for you. 

Our herd showcases our special herd sire, AUTO Dollar General 122R, a homozygous black, homozygous polled, out-cross bull that will enhance any herd.   Dollar has made a big impact on our operation with the many attributes he brings to the Limousin breed.  He remains one of the highest numbered PUREBRED bulls in our breed today. 

When looking for a sire worthy of Dollar’s heifers, we combed the country looking for that special sire, MAGS Savage, a black, homozygous polled, son of Blaque Rulon and MAGS Manda, to complement our herd.  We are extremely excited about this cross.
